Refund and Return Policy – Somdha Naturals Private Limited
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy for returns and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Returns will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the product, subject to inspection and approval.
- Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
To request a return:
- Email us at contact@somdhanaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
2. Refunds
Refunds are credited within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refund to the original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Bank)
- Replacement of the product (subject to availability)
3. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Post-dispatch cancellations are not allowed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of spiritual products, we do not accept returns for used items or products without original packaging.
